Bros, I would like to share a story, TRUE story, but would also like to hear everyones opinion on next step of action.I have a family GP, which my family and me has been visiting for years.
Ok, its a SHE.
Well, basically, were in very good terms, good until address each other as DEAR in person even SMS.
Everytime there, well be teasing each other, TCSS about everything under the sun but never sexual.
When shes not busy, i.e no patients, shell watsapp me tcss and so on, daily basis, but msgs will all be answer promptly or immediately once shes free.
Till one night, my mom fell, sms her SOS and she told me to bring my mom to see her 1st thing the next morning.
That morning, I saw her eyes all puffed up and swollen, not blue black swollen but can tell cry alot last night.
Out of concern, asked her if it was ok, she avioded the topic and before we left, she just said watched korean drama cry too much.
I didnt think too much of it after.
But later that day, I received a SMS from her, she said, only you will notice such intricate details, nothing ever escapes your eyes.
So I replied and asked her what actually happened?
Hubby?
No reply liao
She has been bugging me to buy a high blood pressure machine for over a year and I finally decided to buy it.
So, last week, I finally msg her told her ok, monday, today, I will go get the machine.
Best part, msg sent 11am she replied 5pm.
I replied her, so unfriendly, take soooooo long to reply.....or was it procrastinating whether to reply or not...of course, she never replied liao.
Today, I went to see her, from the minute I entered her clinic, she wasnt herself, and never once even had any eye contact with me.
Totally 180 degrees change in the person I know.
I injured my toes yest, so might as well let her take a look at it.
She then wanted to demo the machine to me, which I said, NO NEED LA, quite straight forward device.
Her reply was damn suan seow, she said, OH YA, YOU TUA TOWKAY, VERY SMART ONE, NO NEED TO TEACH.
I was like, WTH, so I responded:
EXCUSE ME, NO NEED TO UNDER THE BELT ME, YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO OPERATE THIS DEVICE LA
Silent again
She ended up prescribed some pain killers for the pain and some other stuff to accelerate the healing.
But then, theres a catch.
All these years, she knew I had this allergy, and never prescribed any medicine in that class.
Luckily, before I consumed the meds, I noticed the name of this med is something that I could be allergic to.
Went online to research this med.
Zhoon Zhoon, I am allergic to this med.
Luckily I never blindly just take.
I was damn pissed, WTH, I go there, buy the machine from you, you give me cold treatment and now, you even want to poison me??????????
I immediately called my lawyer, wanna sue her for professional negligence, and he, my lawyer, of course advised me what to do.
Then I thought, if sue her, will also affect her rep right....like not right, so decided to SMS her and give her chance, this sms is professional not cordial no dear what so ever.
Immediately, she returned call, but no sorry or anything like that, she immediately said, you never told me what~~~~~~~~
I just thanked her for all her care and help and hung up the phone followed by another sms to her, reason is to get it documented.
I said, just a YOU NEVER TELL ME, killed the fact that you know something all these years, never prescribed any meds in that class. Absolutely amazing!
And finally, an hour or so later, she replied SORRY
I then called SMC (SINGAPORE MEDICAL COUNCIL) and spoke to the complaints dept to find out more what was gonna happen if I lodged a complaint against her.
The person on the other line, after hearing everything I said, like I wrote here, said, shes in no position to judge, but if she was in my shoes, shell report for god knows how many has or is gonna get wrong meds prescribed.
But I asked, if I report, that would affect her credibility and her standing as a doctor, a bit 小人 right?????
The lady from SMC replied, not 小人, its 帮人, some medically induced allergies are life threatening.
She told me what I wanted to know, where to, how to make a complaint, the process, what may may not happen to her and so on.
Now I am kinda lost.
If i report her, I feel like very petty.
But if i dont report, what if it happens again someone died from this action in future?
Wah, damn headache man.
Bro, please share your wisdom.
This is serious stuff, so please dont make jokes and one liners, please dont even bother to reply.

Should you report but it will become a grudge instead of a kind warning to herself. I would say "let it be so". After all, you already highlighted to her of the serious mistake made by her. For woman, there are 2 important things in their life i.e. "GONG ZUO" and "LAO GONG". Currently, she is having issues with the "LAO GONG" if did not read wrongly in your earlier post then if here career "GONG ZUO" also affected. It will be totally loss to her.

Dr. X, the Soden Naproxen Sodium you administered to me, will it cause allergy on me?
I believe you are aware of my medical allergies
I have taken Naproxen before and I had severe eye swelling and breathing difficulty
Then she called which contents I mentioned above
I sent this after the call:
Amazing.....thats all I can say.
Things that have been made known for years are all killed off by one call one statement "You never told me!"
An hour later, she sent me:

Be glad, no matter how cold you treat me now, though I still cannot figure out what grave mistake I did to deserve a 180degree change in treatment, I still regard you as a friend.
If you were just a doctor to me, your name would already be lodged with SMC.
For what its worth, to relieve you from further stress, anxiety and any form of discomfort, my family and me, would not be seeking your medical expertise anymore with immediate effect.
For the last time, thanks for everything you did for me my family all these years.
